SO kind and helpful. shout out to Nate, for letting me test all kinds of bikes and decide on whats right for me! they really take time to educate their customers (I even learned all about bike locks!)definitely will return next time I’m looking for a new bike!

I had a bike fit and Israel previously explained every part of the process to me. He meticulously carried out the measurements and tests.
