West End Bicycles is a local, two-generation family-owned bike shop in Houston, specializing in bicycle sales and service. It is hands down the best bike shop in town, with a badass inventory of a little of everything, including a great variety of bikes for sale. They carry kids bikes, hybrids, comfort, road, gravel, mountain, and full suspension bikes, plus a lot of cool off-road stuff and antique bikes. The mechanics are top notch and always do an outstanding job. Everyone is very, very nice, very, very helpful, and provides flawless customer service. It is a favorite shop in Houston for sure.
Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. They have a good selection with a shop that, while nice, doesn't make you feel like they're going to overcharge you just to keep the lights on and make rent.

Great experience here I’m a new rider and they made me feel extremely comfortable asking questions and walked me through the best setup for my needs. Overall, Adam and Chris were great people to deal with and I don’t think there’s a single place in town that I’d rather go to.
