Called 100 times no answer. Sometimes answers just to put me on hold to make it stop ringing. Spoke to someone, said package will be sent out next day, never appeared. Now no answer

if i could give this post office a 0 i would. the worst. my mail is on informed delivery and it never comes especially my magazines. on packages that are tracked they don’t come and are marked that i picked them up when it didn’t happen. fraud. needs to be investigated

two packages in two days have been “delivered” and are not in my mailbox. my roommate is missing a package as well. this has been ongoing for several months now. yesterdays package was delivered around 9:30pm and todays was delivered around 6:20pm. both packages are missing.
