Custom cakes need to be ordered 24 hours in advance. I went to Walmart twice and there was no worker behind the bakery area. Another coworker said they’re mainly there in the mornings so come early to talk to them.

Crystal from the Walmart bakery at Westheimer and Kirkwood did an outstanding job with the cupcake-bouquet Cake I ordered. Everyone thought it was from some fancy bakery in Houston. It was exceptional and detailed and very elegant. Thank you!
