By far the worse storage experience I've had. Harry does not communicate well and is extremely rude. Poor customer service. They are a sister company of packrat. Packrat doesn't seemed to be concerned about helping the one man team.

They canceled on me less than 24 hours in advance of my move. Completely ridiculous.
