They were polite and cleaned up the dust that was generated from drilling and made sure television worked prior to leaving. “We don't go in the store very often, so this review mainly pertains to the pharmacy. Excellent quality service and staff... Always friendly and helpful. On this particular instance, we were on the way home from the ER and had a paper prescription for an antibiotic we need filled promptly. The woman who helped us, Michele, and her pharmacist, were both extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. They insisted that we wait, and they filled it for us immediately! Within about 7 or 8 minutes, we had our antibiotic in hand, ready to go. I am so thankful that there are good people still out there in this world who love their job and love helping others. It is situations like this that restore my faith in humanity!”

“I deliver for doordash and this morning at 4am I had an order for a few items at 7eleven in Hudson Oaks. Part of the order was for items that should not have been available quite yet as they take time to cook. Your associate, Eric, saw the error and instead of dismissing it he went ahead and made the food for the customer! That’s great customer service Eric gave to not only the customer but me as the dasher! Saves me from having to reach out to the customer indicating an item would be unavailable. It’s a rare find now days that an employee takes initiative and solves a problem while ensuring his customers are taken care of. Please make sure Eric gets a huge thank you from me! His kindness and efficiency this morning was refreshing!”
