“Mo!!!!!! She saved me from a lot of problems. Got me a new phone, recovered my email I was locked out of, got me logged back into many social accounts I was having trouble with, and was able to recover all my contacts and messages when my old phone was completely untransferable. I had an odd case where some of my info was on my husband's phone, but she used every ounce of skill to get me back up and running.
It's so amazing she went above and beyond to recover literally everything else and more. Mo you are my savior! She also fixed our plan to be better set up for us and set my husband up with a new phone. Also on the new phones she set them up for things like spam calls and more. (Maximum appreciation!) I didn't have to spend my time trying to figure this all out she just set us up right.
I have been with AT&T since I was 10 years old (Im 35 now) and Mo was the best and most helpful person I have ever encountered! She really listened to my needs and applied them! Thank you Mo!”

“Overall excellent experience. Tyson was very knowledgeable about the products we wanted and was not pushy trying to upsell products or services we did not need. Only thing I would rate 1 star on is no available bathroom to customers. We spent nearly 3 hours upgrading our 4 phones and eventually the coffee kicked in. I had to use the bathroom at a nearby business.”

“I only give 5 stars because we had the most incredible experience little over a week ago with DALTON!!! We went in to add me to my kids line but ended up getting all 3 of us new phones and new plans that will save money. I have been in the service field my entire life and without a doubt can say that Dalton is a prize asset to this company. He literally spent 3 hours with us, as he made sure all the customers coming in (which ended up to be a house full) knew he would be with them asap. He helped them when our phones were downloading or doing something that he did not need to do at that moment. We first went to the Verizon in Weatherford, we were barely greeted and was told they were short handed; there 2 of them. We left after 10 mins. and went to Hudson Oaks location and Praise God we got Dalton and he was the ONLY PERSON in the store. I am fairly new to this area, I love living in country but i find even though the people are so nice; they lack in customer service skills. I actually went back this week for help with phone as I am 71, he could not have been any nicer. He offered to help me any questions I had on how to work the new 17 Pro Max. If you do get a chance to get Dalton, consider it a blessing!!!”
