My recent experience with the team at the Humble area Enterprise Car Rental was surprisingly fantastic. Returning my rental I was assisted by Dekerria who made the process not only easy but a positive experience. Dekerria ensured there were no issues with the rental and all my needs or concerns were not only heard but addressed. Returning the vehicle at the end of the day I assumed I would be greeted by someone who was only ready to go home. Dekerria was not that at all. I was greeted with a friendly, enthusiastic charm which made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. She was friendly and funny and I appreciated her patience. Due to this positive customer service engagement I will not only use the Humble Enterprise Car Rental location again, but I will recommend it to others.

After a less-than-perfect experience earlier this summer, I returned to rent a car from September 5th to the 8th—and I’m happy to say the experience this time was truly night and day. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was warm, attentive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The rental itself was in excellent condition, and my trip was absolutely amazing. Everything went as planned, and it really made a difference having reliable transportation and friendly support from the Hertz team.
I’m grateful I didn’t let one previous experience overshadow the potential for a better one. This time, Hertz delivered—and I’ll definitely be renting from them again in the future.

“I needed to get out of state for a funeral, and my car wasn’t running properly. I had a hard time with other rental places. I called Avis and the gentleman was super helpful and had me in a vehicle within an hour and a half. I can not recommend this place enough! If I ever need another rental I will absolutely be using Avis in Humble!”
