“I arrived at Enterprise a little earlier than my scheduled time and was warmly greeted by one of the gentlemen at the location. They already had a vehicle prepared for me, which I truly appreciated. We completed a thorough walk-around of the car, and the entire process was smooth and professional.
The customer service was excellent, and I genuinely enjoyed my experience. I love this location and will continue to use them in the future. I also work at a hotel and regularly refer guests there when they need a rental car — and I will absolutely keep recommending this Enterprise.

“Pros: great service, decent prices, flexible rental agreements, lots of trucks
Cons: getting an actual car/sedan is rare
These guys and ladies have helped me at least 3 times when I needed a rental car and my dealership didn't have any available. They even quickly revised my rental agreement and gave me an extension after the dealership took longer than expected to finish working on my car! Whether I needed a car in the morning right as they opened, or in the afternoon right before they closed, no matter if I had an appointment or was a walk-in, they got me in some kind of rental vehicle ASAP. And their vehicles are always clean too.
They seem to have a limited number of sedans (or maybe they're in high demand as rentals), so it's likely that you'll be stuck with the only sedan they have available at the time, or (more likely) you'll get an SUV. They always seem to have plenty of trucks for rental though. That's really the only thing to look out for, but I would still highly recommend this location for your rental car needs!”
“My first time renting a car from this company and honestly I didn’t read the reviews first because I was in a hurry. Flying in from Vegas to pickup my car was the best experience I’ve had. Even companies I did research on in the past who had great reviews were problematic!! Sometimes we need to allow companies to redeem themselves. Maybe they (had) bad management or maybe they (had) poor customer service. We are all at some point in our lives were granted grace when we made mistakes/ bad decisions. “Destiny was great at accommodating me on a busy crazy weekend . She was able to get me and everyone in and out ,needless to say upon returning my rental it was the exact same. Thank you so much . I’m use to renting at the airport down the street ,but after a huge error they put me through that took forever to be refunded ,I must say I have a new location . Smaller but more effective and efficient. Keep doin what you are doing Destiny 5 starts isn’t enough.”

“I booked a rental through Priceline with Carwiz, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-notch. The lady at the front counter was unbelievably accommodating, warm, and efficient. She walked me through the paperwork quickly, clearly explained the rental terms without pushing unnecessary add-ons, and had me on the road in no time. Customer service like that is rare at rental desks, and she set a great tone for the whole trip.
As for the vehicle itself—absolutely amazing. It was spotless, smelled fresh, had low mileage, and drove like a dream throughout my entire trip. Pickup and drop-off were both smooth and completely hassle-free.
Combining Priceline's great rates with Carwiz’s stellar service and quality fleet made this a 10/10 experience. I will definitely be renting from Carwiz again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free rental!”

“Emmanuel at Houston IAH airport was literally the most accommodating, professional, kind, and friendly agent I’ve ever had. My flight from Atlanta had 7 delays. Technically the IAH location closed by about 7 minutes but he informed me that he waited for me so that I would not have to come back k the next day to get the rental which would have been over an hour drive.
