I got a new Samsung phone with Boost mobile and Roman activated it for me after the Boost in Atascacita was very rude and mean to me. I was so impressed by his great customer service skills that I had my boyfriend change over from Verizon to Boost at this store and he was also very pleased with the skill and kindness Roman showed us. They helped me file the claim with my protection plan and did not try to sell me a new phone or accessories. “This Place is amazing. Long story short I got my sim card stuck in my tablet. I went to 4 different stores that work on phones they all said they either needed to break the sim card or break the tablet to get it out. I gave up on getting that sim card back so I came here to get another one. Nick the GOAT helped me out and was able to easily fish out my sim card. It was damaged at that point from everyone trying to get it out but he helped me get a new sim and made it super simple.THATNKS NICK YOU ARE THE GOAT!!!!”
