“This Market is very convenient it has a little bit of everything it offers a lunch counter a meat market in a limited grocery. The food is very fresh and very much home style. I had the beef soup it was served with chopped cilantro and onions along with a side of rice and tortillas. They have counter seating as well as a dining area and they also offer takeout. Well at the counter I heard a lot of orders for enchiladas and they look great the portions are generous and the quality is pretty good. I got a chance to look around the produce section and was impressed by the variety that they had to offer prickly pear fruit yuca cactus these are some of the things that are going to be difficult to find at your larger stores everything looks really good. They also have a decent selection of beer and I saw they had pulque which is a difficult thing to come across sometimes. The meat counter look really good they run specials so you can find good deals and stock up the selection of cheese and creams was also decent. They have tortillas made fresh that you can buy from the same counter. If you are looking to get a good quality meal at a good price without too much fuss then I would definitely recommend this place. I know I will be back in this will be one of my standbys for this area the people are really nice and that's always a plus.”

Yeah you need a quarter for your cart, yeah you need to buy your bags, and yes bag your groceries yourself too...but unlike the "other place" across the street, bagging your own stuff comes with huge benefits!! Then you've got all the little hidden gems hidden around the place, kind of like a fun little treasure hunt!? they have their own brand, but you will find name brands as well. Some things are better than name brand even! So go ahead and check it out...I promise you won't be disappointed and you will end up like me, a life long loyal customer ? another great benefit to mention also is because it's a smaller store, for ppl with issues walking around, it's much more pleasant because it's not a 6 mile hike to get everything you need, whether it's beer, wine, bread, snacks, meat, frozen, and even a nice decore section...it'd be pretty hard to not find all you need! I even did a little experiment...my usual weekly trip at another store ,just for basics, like milk, bread eggs, fruit/veg, snacks...no meat or full shopping trip...at other places suddenky costs between $250-300. I can go get the exact same items, for around $120. So what do you have to lose? Give them a try, I promise you'll walk out smiling instead of sick to your stomach...lolThank you Aldi!! “First I went in there just to add money to my card. With a kind greeting in a heartfelt welcome buy a new assistant manager it seems. With a connection with her I felt like we knew each other for years , like going to the small towns only general store knowing everybody in town by first name, I walked out feeling truly glad I went there, this is no exaggeration. I asked her if she was the general manager and she said it assistant and I said well I used to work at Dollar general and if I had manager like you in any job, I would love to come work for you. Anyways she needs her own store or she needs to teach hospitality waited tables for 25 years, I know it true hospitality is it's something you really can't teach. What she had was not just walk in the door and somebody screaming hello, her body language it was engaging and I felt like she was glad to be there and she wanted to be there for anyone that was coming into the store. Not recovering not stocking the shelves doing planograms or anyting the store was perfectly clean and organized and she's didn't seem like she didn't want not be there like every store with a. Two thumbs up, what Tom Brady was to football she's got that as a manager or some of that running is any store, bravo.”

“I rate the Atascocita H-E-B with 4 stars. Overall, it's a great store, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the curbside pickup area needs a remodel. The lack of protection from rain and sun for the curbside teams is a concern. Adding large carports could provide shelter and prevent bags from getting wet during inclement weather.Additionally, the number of speed bumps leading to the store can be excessive and challenging to navigate, especially for those with larger vehicles. This can be frustrating and may deter some customers from choosing this location.As the new H-E-B (Madera Run) is opening soon, addressing these issues could help improve the overall experience for customers and make this location more competitive. Consideration of these changes would be greatly appreciated.”
“Pros: good selection at low prices, a great place to get many everyday items and especially things like sodas, snacks and other junk food type itemsCons: disheveled shelves, less than clean and nice environment, lines are often long and it takes a long time to check though one customerConclusion: if you are looking for low prices on many grocery and pantry as as well as sodas and other "junk food" this is a great place to go. One must temper their expectations to accommodate the fact that it is not a "nice place" like Aldi's or other small grocery vendors. One most also be patient since checkout is slower than average compared to similar stores.”

Also the cashier was very friendly and the lines moved pretty fast lol! Only dislike was I had to get a price check on a few items because they had items in their correct spot but no prices listed/marked.”

“Food is great here and drinks and you can't beat the prices. I give it 4 stars because when I ordered today, I'd ask them for my mangonada to leave the chimoy on the side. I'd asked twice. Obviously, English wasn't the gentleman's first language, but he repeated it also and said "Okay" like he understood. I'm Hispanic as well, but unfortunately, I don't speak Spanish, nor I don't like to complain. So I took my mangonada as it is.”
