“They have a little of everything, tennis, golf,football, basketball, water sports. The shoe department has kiosk where you scsn the shoe then someone will bring it out. Still a nice place to shop.”
“Went to this location to specifically look for a product that was out of stock at my nearest Academy. This Humble location is the most organized Academy I've been to, with everything being easy to locate. The restroom was also clean and the store associates were helpful and nice. I was 100% satisfied with my shopping experience here.”
“Friendly and helpful staff from the moment you enter until you leave the store. Good prices and selection. Sadly some of the customers don't care to watch their kids so the store looks unorganized BUUUT!! when I last visited there was an African American lady, an employee who worked relentlessly on placing the misplaced items back where they belong. She was doing such a great job and fast!! I hope that the store will do something to correct the problem with irresponsible and careless parents, so that EVERYONE can benefit: the store making more money from actually selling merchandise that they alreready have available, as well as customers finding items that they need.
It'd be a win-win + the store would look so much better if the items were not laying on the floor and/or lost in a department where they don't belong. I so wish the store would adopt a new policy; You/your family break/s or destroy - you pay! as well as: you/your family misplace/s - you pay!!
The temperature at the store tends to get too high so this definitely needs to be addressed, for no one can enjoy or stay longer shopping in a hot atmosphere.”
