“We got a 6-inch lift on our truck from this location a few years back. Just recently been experiencing some alignment issues, so we went to see if they would honor an alignment for us. I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he was very polite and helpful to us. They aligned our truck and double-checked for safety free-of-charge to us. We are so very thankful to the staff here at USA tire in Humble/Kingwood. It's so hard to find genuine customer service these days, and it means alot to recieve it. Highly recommend this place. We are beyond satisfied. ?”

“Great experience. Uriel at the counter was great at finding me something that worked. Alexis was careful with my car. In particular the painted calipers my car comes with are not as durable as powder coated ones. Even when phoning in for immediate assistance a gentleman's name that started with an "H" deserves credit. Sorry for not remembering the name, but I did not get to meet him when I showed in person.”
