“We went in Monday 2/24/25 approximately 11-11:30 am. I was looking for a Rainbow Brite tumbler that the website said was here. The staff here were EXTREMELY helpful and polite. This is what customer service is. We had been to several other establishments in the area that also had the same information online and these were the only employees that offered to, look in the back, look at other stores in the franchise and tried to help me by offering to order it online (because the closest Hot Topic was in Dallas) without me having to ask. The employee seemed to be training the other and used this as an opportunity to train the other as well. That’s how you do your job. Super fan of these employees.”

“MAJOR shout out to Natalie at Northeast Mall for the AMAZING fit. For context, I am a death metal vocalist and I always wear black/gothic/alternative clothing and I’ve never been able to put together a normal outfit that actually suits me. I feel so confident and free and I love every article of clothing she picked out. I didn’t even plan to walk out with shoes but they tie the fit together so perfectly. Natalie knows what she’s doing and she knew exactly what I needed! Now I can look like a normal mom at my daughter’s birthday party ? and on top of all of that she is the SWEETEST human I’ve met, gorgeous and has an incredible sense of style. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s just an outfit but to me it’s how I express myself and she helped me feel beautiful and confident more than she’ll ever know.”

“I've been meaning to make my review for over a month! Went in to get my son some new skate shoes. We normally go to vans for half cabs but he's been looking to branch out. Gibby recommended some different brands and went out of his way to pull anything in my son's size that he might like. He even allowed us to pull from their online site to try some that he recommended so we could take advantage of their deal. Both new brands we tried were great and my son loves them. The other employees were kind of just moping around the store. Gibby was managing the entire place and checking everyone out while still keeping track of a very large pile of merchandise and keeping his customers satisfied. He deserves to be making the most at that store and if he isnt, I hope my review edges that along. 🫶 we will be back in soon as my son wears a pair of skate shoes out within a couple of months.”

“I recently visited GAP at Northeast Mall, and I had a great experience. I came in to exchange a few clothing items, and the staff was extremely helpful and cooperative throughout the process. They handled everything professionally and made the exchange quick and easy.

The store itself is well-organized, and I found most of the essentials I usually look for. They have a good variety of sizes, styles, and seasonal items, which makes shopping there very convenient.

Overall, GAP at Northeast Mall offers great customer service and has everything you need in one place. Definitely a store I’ll keep coming back to.”

“Mary Cruze was absolutely amazing, her and her manager helped me and my friend and were so amazing. Mary ran and got me SO many pants to try on. She knew her stuff and was patient, kind, and friendly. I literally bought the first jeans in my life that I love. American Eagle is great with plus size jeans and I was so impressed. I mean.. she was SO patient, she let me tweak sizes, colors, styles till I was happy. I didn't know what I wanted or needed and together I FIT MY JEANS PERFECTLY! Pretty good prices and some deals right now (buy one get one half off). I ended up discovering that I had picked out sizes that were too small and I didn't know it. I got a size 16 in the end (photos shown are in size 12, 14, and 16. Just to show how much running she did for me). ? Plus if you bring a pair of jeans to recycle then you get $10 off one pair of jeans when there's no other deals. ?”

“Savannah and the other ladies that work there are always super sweet and informative! Probably my favorite Spencer’s location in the DFW area, never had an issue with purchases or encounters here, everything is always organized and super clean. Whoever is the head of this store is doing something right with their employees”

“Usually Ross has long lines, this Ross did not have long lines. Yes it was mid week but it was a quick and easy shopping done. One thing that I noted though was that they did not have more staff on the floor so those few clothes that fall off the hangers or customers drop, were almost on every isle.”

“Omg I would like to start off by saying the nerve of how some people think they can act in public…. I unfortunately had to witness in the store yesterday a woman and her husband that was shopping acting so nasty and ugly and rude and loud with vulgar language that I was subjected to. like how does adults go out in public and act like this, and in front of their child, no less . all I know is the people that work at that store God bless them because they have to deal with people like that all the time I’m sure, and the workers handled that whole ugly situation beautifully the workers there were extremely nice and understanding even after that family was asked to leave after their outburst and screaming and cussing. Those young ladies held themselves up, like true young women they should be proud of themselves because I don’t think I would’ve been able to control myself to be spoken and treated like those customers treated one of the workers there like oh my gosh, I would highly recommend going there to shop because those women truly work hard to give good service . Great job ladies!!!!!!!!”

“Yet another trendy mall store with clothes for men and women, heavy on surfing and skate brands, California nods, and a section devoted to styles that throw back to the movie Clueless. Tilly's reminds me a bit of Pacsun, only with more diversity and some better looks. Beyond that, there was not much remarkable about it from my perspective. Service was as expected. The store was clean and well organized and prices true to market. They had some cool denim shorts with drawstrings I liked. On the girls side, a section had colorful wool skirts and tops with plaid and argyle. A jeans brand I did not recognize seemed to dominate. Fun stuff! Make sure to visit the back section for 30% and 50% off items. This area was picked over, of course.”

“Today was so stressful for me as I needed very specific items and in a super rush, I walked into Francesca's and was very warmly greeted by two women who asked if they could help with anything. I frantically let them know what I needed and they went right to work, they picked out items for me that went along with what I needed and were beyond attentive and graceful with my scattered self. I will 100% shop here again, I've always liked Francesca's as a store in itself, but this experience blew me away and they got me everything I needed. LIFE SAVERS, thank you beautiful sweet women!”

“Love that all the staff are wearing masks and gloves, it makes me feel that they're prioritizing health and safety. Unfortunately when I got home i noticed that they gave me the wrong size. I understand things are difficult with COVID and many businesses are short staffed, even if this mean I have to go back. After all I love this place definitely want to go back.
