“Overall prices are good. It's a unique shopping experience (be sure to bring your own bags, and a quarter for the cart), but worth it. They have great tasting products without the fancy name brands. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because their selection is limited at times and produce sometimes styled in a bulk fashion so you can't get the exact weight you want.”

“Went to this place while visiting my daughter in Hurst, Texas. The man making our order was very friendly, talkative, and kind. The rest not so much. The barbacoa was great and the burritos weren't all tortilla. (My pet peave is having a burrito that's mostly tortilla.) They were out of carnitas that was a bummer but I had their chicharrones and they were great. I really wanted pan dulce but as soon as I opened the door it smelled stale. So disappointing. I really enjoyed what I did get and will be back. Maybe the pan dulce will be fresh and the employees will be kinder. Nonetheless every business deserves a 2nd and sometimes a 3rd chance. It is a new business and I will support them.”
“Knowledgeable staff always willing to assist to help locate items in this enormous store with groceries that are always fresh. Wish they had more clerks at the registeres instead of 3-4 standing at the self check areas like they don't trust people. I had rather show my receipt at the door instead of having to wait in line for the two available clerks to scan my purchases. Come on WalMart, you can do better!”

She has the best smile and so friendly Marqeesha. When she greets you she lights up the store. She always is kind friendly and helpful! If you get a chance to meet her in the deli you will agree. I hope that Tom Thumb will take the time to recognize her customer service!”
“So,after many nightmare experiences at-“Insert every major pharmacy here” I have very high expectations of how a pharmacy team responds to requests,responds to customer service and just basic attention due to the amount of money and time we spend at these places! That being said this Pharmacy has done everything right! I will continue to go here. I don’t really understand a lot of of the bad comments. It probably is more of a crappy customer and not the staff because they’re never anything but completely helpful when I’m there.”

“Didn't really need or want anything as I was in the area rather early for a 6:30 p.m. appointment with a colleague. Quite simply, I had time to kill. The store was immaculately clean and well organized. Since it was obvious I was rambling around with no real clear aim or direction, I wasn't bothered; however, a few vendors and staff members were welcoming and friendly. If I'm ever in the area again, I would gladly shop here again.”
“They offer an incredible selection in every aisle and making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff provided good service and I left the store with everything I wanted. Was definitely a place to get my essentials.”

“I have a problem pulling their digital coupons up to scan. It's my fault!! I belong in "dumb people" category!! I shop here 2-3xs weekly. Every time they see me scanning w/my phone out they "know" so they walk right over & help (aka do it for me). They do this every time & have shown me every time but I still forget. I always tell them I need the "dumb people" directions tattooed on my arm. We have a good laugh each time. I like the store & their prices on most things. I usually shop in evening after work & night crew are a good, patient, funny & very helpful team. They are respectful, helpful & do their jobs well. I'm glad I live near this one b/c the other Kroger's I've been to are a disappointment.
Some of them know I have a seizure disorder & have taken care of me the few times I've unfortunately had an episode in their store. Thank you Pipeline team!”

“My review for some reason didn't show up other than the stars. This is a great store! It's super clean, organized and the customer service is great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was the prices are pretty high in the deli. This is most likely due to the economy and all of that. I used to come here a lot to get their fabulous chicken salad. But at $10 a pound now it's out of my price range for a meal. They have fantastic produce and items and the atmosphere is wonderful”
