“I went to get a pet's meds filled and they were happy to do it. I faxed them the rx myself and was able to pick it up shortly after. My only concern is that when I went at 5pm, there was one person working the counter. I was third in line, but the people in front of me took FOREVER talking talking talking, trying to do things at the last minute, as people do. It was frustrating that I was there to grab one small med and had to wait an eternity. So, having another person to step in/help at that time instead of other employees clocking out and leaving (there was at two or three that I spotted saying goodbye and leaving) would have been helpful for both sides.”

“Ok note that since last reviewer they have been bought out by healthline owners. Problem 1 was no answer on phone call kept saying less then one min. For 30 mins. 2 no business sign at the moment guess it's due to new owners. 3 I can't say anything about billing yet as mines included as long as I use it. Which I plan to. Those things said it was fairly fast once my appointment time started I was seen in less then 10mins. Which is way faster then doctor offices she asked multiple times if I understand how to use everything and if I had questions. They are supposed to order additional parts being filters if they don't arrive I'll update that. Other wise seems new ownership will be better then they were but this is just my first visit. Hopefully their hiring front desk soon.”
