“I switched to Marshall Grain earlier this year, and every one of their plants has thrived! They have a great newsletter, and their weekly promo is always worth a look.

I can’t believe how large some of the seed potatoes I planted in February have gotten (picture is only two plants), and although we finished off the cool season vegetables, the mustard greens still taste great as of June 1st. All of the summer season transplants established quickly as well.

The staff is just as great as their products, and give excellent advice. If you’re looking for a nursery in the area, this is a local gem.”

“We have had drainage issue in our backyard since we moved into our home 5 years ago. Blooming Colors came out, assessed the issues, and put together a plan.

We reviewed the plans, and they worked with together on our other us on any thoughts/suggestions. We agreed on the plan and the team came on schedule to start.

The team arrived on time and worked several days to complete. The team was very pleasant, and they were very detailed on the project from start to finish.

Actually, yesterday we had 3.95 inches of rain, and our backyard had zero issues!!!

“I had wanted to go to this store since my neighbor recommended it. I finally made it there today to pick up a bag of pine pellets, which is an excellent substitute for cat litter. Keeps the area around the litter box smelling fresh like pine. I forgot that clean rural smell of a feed store from back in the day when my parents owned a farm. Really brought back the memories. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even carry your stuff out to your truck or car. I'm already looking forward to my next trip there. I got there close to closing time and didn't get a chance to look around for anything else I might need. If you live near Haltom City, go check them out and you'll see what I'm talking about yourself. There's some home cooking diners nearby that I want to check out next time I'm in that area too. Pricing is excellant compared to big box retail stores. The yard staff is excellent as well. I've never been to a stone and mulch facility as clean and organized as SiteOne. Ill certainly be back for all my outdoor projects.”

“I wanted to share what a great experience I have been having lately at the Southlake Home Depot.

John, Chris, and Jackie helped me pick up supplies for my son’s birthday and they were fantastic. They took the time to walk through options with me and really made sure I found everything I needed. It was one of those experiences where you can tell people actually care about helping rather than just pointing you to an aisle.

I also have to thank Sandra for helping me with a mulch order when I was not able to pick it up on time because of my husband’s schedule. She handled everything so kindly and made what could have been a hassle incredibly easy.

I grew up here and have always shopped at Home Depot. In the past there were definitely times when you might have to wait a bit for help or track someone down if you needed something. It never bothered me much because I have always liked their selection better than other stores.

Lately though something has clearly changed. I cannot walk into the store without someone asking if I need help. The associates are friendly, proactive, and genuinely helpful. It feels like people actually care about the customers and want to make sure you find what you need.

Whoever is leading that store right now is doing a great job. The difference in the level of service is noticeable and really appreciated.

“Chad and Greg are amazing! I've had many interactions with Greg helping me figure out what's wrong with my plants/shrubs several times by showing a picture of them and when he recommends something, it works!!
My brother and I had our first interaction with Chad last weekend and he was absolutely amazing. He took alot of time helping us as I'm a beginner in gardening. He walked us step by step on what to buy and exactly what to do. HANDS DOWN AMAZING. He even talked to my 9yr old daughter ( it's her garden) and showed her how to germinate seeds in containers. It was like a full on tutorial! 😅 Exactly what we needed! She was / is sooo excited. We definitely walked out feeling confident and our check out bill knew it 🤑”

“Today I went to this store and needed help in the gardening department, I walked to the front of the store and there was a young girl standing at the register, helping people check out she looked at me and asked if I needed help. I told her yes if she could get someone to help me over there she said I can help you and she walked me through to the garden entrée helped me pick out where I wanted and then took me back to get checked out. I do know that that was not her job, but that was the best Customer Service I have ever had in that store her name was Amy. She was very friendly, sweet and my grandfather who was with me said that he has seen her in there a couple of times and he’s always very helpful to him also, that’s what Customer Service is about. I would say look for Amy and she’ll help you with anything.”

Home Depot of this location is well organized as compared to cities of DFW area Home Depot and this location Associates and assistant managers are very knowledgeable.
Mr. Ben , Assistant Manager store is very helpful and always help to costumers in finding product location and he is very polite. In Paint Department, Ms. Brenda is very helpful and knowledgeable and always help customers very politely. Bottom line : This Euless location Home Depot is the best in DFW Area .
