“This is my favorite location but man their customer service / curbside pick up is off. You're supposed to say you're on your way and then check in when you're there. Every time I've done on my way they call before I get there asking if I'm coming or they mark it as picked up when I'm not even there. This week I was on my way and got the thank you for picking up your order confirmation, which means I can't check in when I arrive. Then I called and was in an automated message purgatory for 7 minutes, then finally got someone who answered, said oh okay and then hung up on me. I called again and finally got customer service and said I'm outside waiting. They said oh the app had checked you in so we marked it as completed when you didn't show up. This has happened multiple times but if I didn't pick it up then why are you marking completed? I do pick up so I don't have to lug my toddler in and out of the car seat and carry boxes of plants or whatnot, but waiting over 15 to get through and get help when the app auto checks you in even though you don't click 'im here' is beyond frustrating.”

“I do NOT get all the hate for this location. The only thing I find unsatisfactory is the parking lot, but that is just that it is in a busy shopping area and that is how it is. I mostly come for garden whatnots. And frankly, this Lowes has the best garden whatnots of any of the other stores in the area. Better than Southlake, South Arlington, Hurst, all of ya! I have bought plants, seeds, pots, and said whatnots. It is always well organized, stocked, and also their plants have been taken care of. I said mostly garden whatnots but I also come in occasionally for command hooks, a broom, a power drill and a sink plunger. I love that I can look things up on their website and it will tell me exactly what row and bay where it is located. I walk in there knowing where I am going and exactly what I am looking for. This is a big place and knowing exactly where I am going is super useful. My only complaint is that they seem to have gone fully self checkout inside. You can still get someone to ring you up in the garden center, but you are out of luck in the AC.”

We got a few blocks down the access road and realized we'd left the cart of goodies at the store! We drove back and that nice young man, whose name I didn't get, had wheeled our cart inside for us. “I arrived at Lowes yesterday in kind of a rush. Upon walking around (and unfamiliar with the store), I quickly became overwhelmed... trying to find the specific items I needed. I saw a young man working at the end of the isle I was on, so I walked over and asked him where I could find a couple of the things on my list. HE WAS THE MOST HELPFUL PERSON I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN ANY STORE. He told me exactly what isle each of the items on my list were on, off the top of his head! and then still stayed near by, helping me along the way. At one point I literally just hollered his name and he came right around the corner. And he even went and picked up some of my items for me, so sweet. THANK YOU SO MUCH GYO for helping me through something that I was really really stressing over. YOU ARE THE BEST!”

They were above and beyond helpful, professional, and made it a really good experience. Yeah for most folks, home depot is where handy folks hide from their family obligations for an hour each weekend, but this one is pretty awesome. I'll be back to do more hiding and shopping.”
