“MAJOR shout out to Natalie at Northeast Mall for the AMAZING fit. For context, I am a death metal vocalist and I always wear black/gothic/alternative clothing and I’ve never been able to put together a normal outfit that actually suits me. I feel so confident and free and I love every article of clothing she picked out. I didn’t even plan to walk out with shoes but they tie the fit together so perfectly. Natalie knows what she’s doing and she knew exactly what I needed! Now I can look like a normal mom at my daughter’s birthday party ? and on top of all of that she is the SWEETEST human I’ve met, gorgeous and has an incredible sense of style. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s just an outfit but to me it’s how I express myself and she helped me feel beautiful and confident more than she’ll ever know.”

“I purchased sandals that cost $215.42...they are pretty but hurt my feet. I just found receipt...and it's day 38..receipt says refunds within 30 days...I was only able to wear them 3 times..after that I couldn't. The sales lady was great, store clean and great location. I am lost at what to do...I know in this time we are in some of these business are struggling and will not assist in refund. I've never paid $215.42 for shoes. I had 3 kids and they came first.”
“I've been meaning to make my review for over a month! Went in to get my son some new skate shoes. We normally go to vans for half cabs but he's been looking to branch out. Gibby recommended some different brands and went out of his way to pull anything in my son's size that he might like. He even allowed us to pull from their online site to try some that he recommended so we could take advantage of their deal. Both new brands we tried were great and my son loves them. The other employees were kind of just moping around the store. Gibby was managing the entire place and checking everyone out while still keeping track of a very large pile of merchandise and keeping his customers satisfied. He deserves to be making the most at that store and if he isnt, I hope my review edges that along. 🫶 we will be back in soon as my son wears a pair of skate shoes out within a couple of months.”
“A saleswoman by the name of Akira went out of her way to assist me in the selection of a baptismal gown in the children's department. She helped display choices at eye level, allowed me to feel the fabrics and lace, and discussed the pros and cons that concerned me. Her assistance left me confident in my final selection!”

“Let me first start by saying Foot Locker and Shoe Palace store employees at Northeast mall are useless!! I went in Finish Line and Trey acknowledged me when I walked in. Trey has great Customer Service skills, and I was able to purchase the shoe I was looking for my son. This wasn't even his location that he works at, he was just helping Northeast Mall location today.... Cheers to Finish Line and Trey!!!”

“We went to the mall to buy a pair of Heelys for our child. We stopped in Journeys and ask one of the associates (his name is Samson) if they had this particular brand and he said he would have to check because they were not on display. We left and went to the store right in front of Journeys and when we got out of the other store Samson was already looking for us to let us know he found some Heelys in the back. He made our child’s day! He brought some pairs, helped our child decide which pair to buy and overall had an amazing experience with this young man. He has great customer service skills,”

“Yet another trendy mall store with clothes for men and women, heavy on surfing and skate brands, California nods, and a section devoted to styles that throw back to the movie Clueless. Tilly's reminds me a bit of Pacsun, only with more diversity and some better looks. Beyond that, there was not much remarkable about it from my perspective. Service was as expected. The store was clean and well organized and prices true to market. They had some cool denim shorts with drawstrings I liked. On the girls side, a section had colorful wool skirts and tops with plaid and argyle. A jeans brand I did not recognize seemed to dominate. Fun stuff! Make sure to visit the back section for 30% and 50% off items. This area was picked over, of course.”
“Very very helpful associates. Soft spoken gentleman with the short dark hair whom I believe is the manager is an absolute delight. Very kind swapped out clearance shoes for the right size for me and just is all around super helpful every time I go in. Hes also there every single time I go in and is always working super diligently and can multitask like ive never seen before all while being very polite. Give him a raise or someone else will poach him lol”
“My husband and I were taking turns standing in line for pictures with Santa. My feet were hurting , I found a great pair of comfortable indoor/outdoor slippers . As I was getting ready to cash out I saw they had a great deal on some socks, so we got those as well. The lady was extremely helpful, courteous and kind.”
