TSW did my recent shock rebuild as they are local and I prefer to spend money as close to home as possible.
Got a call while they were in there that the driver front CV shaft (axle) needed replaced and they would only charge me parts. I said heck ya and picked the truck up later that day.
Fast forward 3 months and the axle has came out of if the hub. Called and spoke to TSW and they offered to take a quick look; so I brought the truck by.
Less than an hour later I was on my way at no cost to me due to a manufacturer defect on the CV axle. This entire experience has now meant that I will always bring this truck and any other back.”

“Staff was helpful & quickly took care of replacing my battery. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars & not 5, is the price I paid for battery. I looked online & Jiffy lube is charging $160 more for my Buick Enclave battery than other auto servicing vendors. I was so disappointed because I really like to use Jiffy Lube and appreciate their considerate & efficient staff. In the future I will go elsewhere for battery replacement and I have 3 cars! I will also be more careful to compare their prices on their other services?”
