They work with me to help me find the cheapest location to get my prescription filled. They do follow up calls to see if my child is feeling better. “I loved this place when I had insurance. I really liked my PCP Anisha Virani but even when her schedule was full and I had to be seen quickly for an illness they'd get me in with someone and honestly I didn't have a bad experience. I do feel like they look at your notes and look at the entirety of situations even if it is quickly. They also see children I do know that. I do not have kids but they have a pediatric side. Also ARC has many clinics. I have been to others when needed and again didn't have bad experiences. Oh they also have easy access online portals for appointments, documentation, etc.”
“All doctors & personnel at this facility are first class. If you can still get in, do it. I know some, if not all, medical professionals here aren’t accepting new patients. So thankful FMC exists.”

“From the front desk receptionist, to the person on the phone who helped address my questions while we were on the phone, (Her name was Mandi sp?) Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. I know stress mgmt must be difficult to maintain in the medical field while maintaining a sense of compassion and not losing your mind to rude people, but the folks here were able to accomplish it! Its so important to feel like a human and not a number and frankly it is rare to ever be treated with kindness at medical facilities rather than feel rushed. Everyone here answered my questions with patience and attentiveness. When you feel super sick and finally drag yourself to the doctor it is just horrifying when workers make you feel even worse. Thanks for making me feel relaxed and taken care of.”
“First time today going here and was super impressed with the clinic and the services I received. The facilities were new, very clean, and nice. I didn't have to wait a crazy amount of time due to most of the paperwork being done online in advance. Dr Travis was super nice, informative, and helpful in providing the care for my first broken bone!! I would recommend ARC to my family/friends and definitely plan on keeping our business here.”
“To start with, they always get me in and out in a timely manner and are super friendly and listen to all my concerns and work with me to find a solution that fits! And then my PCP left abruptly. I hadn't been a patient at this location long, but the nurse responded immediately to my need for a follow-up appt, new PCP and fast referral turn around for an issue that my old PCP knew, but the new one needed to come up to speed with asap. I truly have not felt this supported since my old family doctor who cared for me for 25years. Thank you all so much.”
