From the moment I walked in, the girl who checked me in was incredibly sweet, kind, and very patient with me since I wasn’t feeling well. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she made the check-in process much easier for me.
Jerome, the PA, was also excellent. He was very patient, spoke to me with kindness, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. He truly did a great job.
Dr. Cantu was absolutely wonderful as well. She was sweet, funny, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for during my visit. She was very thorough throughout the whole process and made sure all of my concerns were addressed.
Overall, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for, even though I was feeling ill. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism everyone showed during my visit.”

The front desk staff were super nice. I sat in the waiting room for maybe 2-3 minutes and then maybe another 3 minutes waiting for the dr. Wonderful! Dr. GOPALAN was very kind and explained everything to me.
Iram was 10/10. I had to get blood drawn and I hate needles. I told him of my fear and he was not only kind, gentle and reassuring…. He made this experience for me so much easier!! Thank you Iram!”

“I have only gone here to see the dermatologist Heather Lenz. Who I really do like. She is very professional, listens to your concerns. Makes sure your ok with the cost of the procedure. She also informs you of a payment plan if needed. Which is helpful when you have no insurance. She does not rush through the appointment. And I have never had to wait very long for her to come into the room. Clearly they dont stack her schedule one on top of the other. They actually schedule plenty of time for her to visit with each patient and perform any necessary procedures. The staff seems friendly at the front desk. Along with the nurses.
The only negative review I have is I was told my visit was $150.00 I went to check out and their credit card machine was down. They said I could bring back cash or wait til I received the bill in the mail. Well I received the bill and the charge was now $226. 00 for the visit. 🤔It wasnt my fault their credit card machine was down that day and could only accept cash. I dont agree with them charging me more if paid by mail.
But thats the only complaint I really have. I will go back. But I will make sure I have cash on hand in case the credit card machine is down again. I would recommend.”
