“We walked in for the 4th of July sale. I dont know if there was an in store sale not to much just ticketed as such. We were greeted at the door and they let us look around leisurely. My husband and I were looking for a couch to downsize from our old oversized sectional. We tired multiple couches and narrowed it down to 3. Mary checked in on us a couple of times. When we decided on a couch we found Mary and she checked us out. Mary was very nice and helpful.”
“Donald is an outstanding General Manager! I had an unusual situation where I needed a receipt reprinted for work, and he went above and beyond to help me. Donald patiently spent time with me over the phone, asking all the right questions and never making me feel like a burden. He researched, kept me updated with multiple follow-up calls, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to resolving the issue.
In the end, we discovered that the receipt had to come directly from FedEx and wasn’t in the Office Depot system, which was entirely my mistake. But instead of being frustrated, Donald was truly happy that I’d be able to resolve it. His professionalism, kindness, and customer-first attitude made a stressful situation easy, and I so appreciate the time and care he gave.

“I love this place! Someone actually answers the phone and is willing to discuss your problem. Instead of suggesting I need an expensive fireplace log replacement like their competitors did, they told me my problem could be fixed with a simple service call. They scheduled me for a couple days out, came on time, serviced my three fireplaces for the very reasonable price quoted to me on the phone. Randall was my service person and he was great - efficient, clean and respectful of my home. I highly recommend this company over any other in Austin.”
