“Kim did a wonderful job helping my husband select a recliner chair for his specific back needs. We must’ve tried a dozen different models and Kim took the time to explain the features of each one. She is super knowledgeable and very nice to work with. She also made us aware of the pet protection policy which made sense for our 2 Corgi family members.
