Chameka has been a pleasure to work with this last month and a half given issues with a loss of a job and being late on a few payments. Oh, she also got the elevator fixed which is amazing. No one wants to carry 50lbs or more up and down 3 flights of stairs.”

Only thing that is out of their control is the physical building setup. Walkways kinda narrow, so if you have oversized or bulky items, be prepared to get creative a little, but that’s a construction issue. Again, highly recommended if you need storage options in Pflugerville!”

“Lucus Hall, single handily earned this entire company a 5 star review, he’s the traffic control manager. He went above and beyond for us. Our boxes got changed and cancelled delivery dates a few times we had everything in them from another state and moved out here had a house with nothing in it. He took it upon himself to use his personal vehicle and deliver our boxes for us, 3 separate trips. The world needs more workers and employees like him.”
“My experience was a roller coaster, HOWEVER, thew in-store rep (I sadly forgot her name-maybe Amber) saved me from a disaster. She was patient, kind, VERY accommodating, explained the issue to me clearly, and SO willing to help me the best she could. She saved my day with my rental. I would/will definitely rent there again.”
