“Top notch service! We reserved a U-Haul to bring home some furniture. Turns out our SUV didn't have the hitch for it (our fault). The gentleman and owner did all they could to find someone to mount a hitch with no luck. The fact that they even tried to go above and beyond to help out was more then we could have asked for!
