“I relocated to Texas over a year ago. I was previously a loyal Costco shopper due to Sam's Club being over 30 min from my previous home. When I relocated I became a Sam's Club member. I can honestly say I have been impressed from day one. I am impressed by the selection of products, prices and awesome customer service. I really enjoy the Sam's Club app. You can do online orders, get gas and shop in the store on the app. I enjoy the scan and go app so that you can bypass the check stand. “I normally stop in at JJS Fast Stop Exxon to grab a Sunday Paper as this one seems to have most of the Sunday Ads. The inside of the store is clean and nicely laid out to maximize the floor space without limiting foot traffic. The outside is also maintained properly. Sadly, their gas is rather expensive compared to other locations in and around town.”

“I visit this location at least daily if not multiple times a day for a cup of their soft ice, it's the best ice in town and am completely addicted to it, they also have great old fashion Icees, fountain drinks and on cold day's before church there is nothing better than a cup of of their caramel Mococcino to warm and wake you up. It's not unusual to find myself there at 11pm on a weekend because I got a craving for a midnight snack and ice of course, my husband jokingly calls this store my home away from home. Because of my crazy cravings at all hour's of the day and night I have come to know all the employees on each shift well, they are all super great, fast and friendly no matter if I'm the only customer in the store or the store's packed and they are the only one running the store at the time and are in the middle or at the end of a long 12 hour shift, I know its not easy to keep a smile on your face and stay calm and positive when you have a line of customers who are all in a hurry. I also appreciate the store's attention to safety, I've never felt it wasn't safe to go to by myself no matter what time of the day or night it is.”

“I wanted to tell you of the awesome experience that my daughter had today at the United on Jacksboro hwy. I sent her to the store to get some groceries that we needed. Their systems were down for debit/credit purchases. She didn't have cash so she couldn’t get the groceries. As she walked out empty handed the manager met her at her car with her shopping cart gave it to her and said “the systems have been down on day, so these are on me” I can't even tell you the blessing this was to our family!! That manager deserves a raise!!!”
