“Did not see any earlier reviews before visiting the bank location, reached there almost at the closing time may be 20 mins to go....at first was disappointed that Only for an SSN update i had to book an appointment for some other day...however once we were introduced to Ms.Saroja the disappointment soon turned to a delight as she not only helped with the update of SSN but also provided additional help on offers that are available for employees of my organisation that i can avail..at the end of it all I would say that it was a fantastic display of true customer service...Thank you Ms Saroja.”
“I had my check up today with Dr Thirtha ??The Practice was so Inviting from the minute I walked through the door. I was greeted by Julie and Billie at the front desk , they’re both very friendly and welcoming. Dr luvs to give hugs and I received the best hug ?I was invited to come back to the treatment room by Dana, Dr Thirtha assistant who took digital X-rays ( she was extremely gentle when placing the sensors in my mouth efficiently . She set the TV on very scenic channel with calming music and placed lavender pillow and offered me a blanket ?? Dr .Thirtha actually did my dental hygiene cleaning while Dana assisted her . The procedure went smoothly without any discomfort at all , I was so relaxed I could have easily fallen asleep .. I did not have any cavities and my teeth feel amazing !!!If you have not yet visited the New and Improved Practice “Truist Dental of Irving “ formerly Dr Jones you must call and schedule an appointment!!!”
“I unfortunately don't have an account with this bank but the great caring service I received is really having me thinking about leaving the bank I'm with and have been with for almost 30 years. A friend of mine who has an account there wrote me a check so the reason for my visit was to cash it and not knowing I went through the drive thru because I'm disabled and already feeling worn out and didn't think I could stand in line to get assistance and when I told the drive thru teller this he was very accommodating and was extremely friendly and helpful and assisted me in cashing the check.I want to give special props to Martis, he has the best attitude ever and it was a breath of fresh air having him assist me. He definitely deserves a raise or something for his professional yet cheerful attitude. He needs to be able to train others on how to treat customers like he did with me. He's a great asset to Comerica so don't let him go.”

“I just want to take this time and say Holly Murrow is truly an angel sent from heaven to help people out and do good in this world. She is the sweetest lady who will go to literally the end of the world to help a customer/client out. She fought with me side by side for MONTHS on an issue and showed empathy in my situation the entire time. Finally after getting in touch with corporate after months of escalation thanks to her persistence and diligence we got the issue solved and the resolution was exactly what I was looking for.
