“In the process of having a tube replaced on an 18,000 lb capacity Clark forklift from the late 80's, we realized that several of the studs were either suffering from metal fatigue and starting to fail or had been replace with bolts that were too short. The very experienced tire tech recommend Recappers Equipment Co to me, saying that they have huge stock, great prices, and great service. I called them the next morning and reached a super-helpful guy who asked me to send him pictures of the existing studs. Very quickly he got back to me and gave me the exact part number that everyone cross-references to. They could have ordered these for me, but I had a scary forklift that needed to get the wheel secured better, so I found them at another place, but I didn't want to fail to write a review because, even when they knew they didn't have the part in, Recappers staff was super-friendly, prompt, and helpful. You just don't get those 3 together much these days, especially from the first guy who picks up the phone. I will definitely look for opportunities to shop at Recappers and refer them to my friends. Thanks!”

“Good place to find appliances, make sure a worker inspect the item before you purchase to make sure nothing is missing, because everything is as is. No one inspected the fridge we purchased and bins were missing but was there when I purchased it. Not sure what happened. I took pictures as well. I called management and he did give me a credit for the missing items.”

“Stopped by to try and find a oil sight gage for a 24 year old SpeedAire compressor. They didn't have the part but measured up the old part and it's irregular threads so I could find the part on the web (their suggestion.) Friendly and helpful. If I need items in the future I will go there to buy.”

The gentleman that helped us find it, the one that helped us get it from the top shelf and then the 2 fellas that helped us load it in the car. “All types of fasteners that are needed in commercial roofing and exterior finishing. They have the specific colors per manufacturer and will paint them to match if they don't stock them. Very accommodating even when you don't know exactly what you need,”
