“I had a great experience dropping off my U-Haul, thanks to Kirby. He went above and beyond with his customer service, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. The whole return process was quick and easy, and he made it a stress-free experience. You can tell he really cares about helping customers. I really appreciate the great service. This location was great they had all the supplies I needed I will be a returning customer. Thanks again, Kirby!”
“Tony was a god send today!!! Our normal propane company had already closed and for some reason we’d run out of propane. (Usually we automatically get notified and they come fill.) Tony quickly asked us who our company was and offered to call his contact there. Needless to say, he got us in touch with the right person And someone contacted us quickly and was able to help us. It was so cold in our house. We had no heat and no hot water. Tony saved the day! I’ve saved this company for future help. He didn’t have to do all of that but he is a true asset to their company :-)”

“Great location for storage and has climate control and various sizes. Slide up doors and regular open and shut up doors. I got a good price since I don’t have a lot of things. Crystal Hernandez was my help figuring it out.”

“This was the last-minute deal. I picked it up on the Fourth of July. Everything was ready. The three people that were working were awesome and helped me I couldn’t ask for better service!
Love me some U-Haul and give those folks a raise. Thank you.”
“We needed to fill the propane tank on a rented RV. Ferrell gas was easy to find, had fast service, and reasonably priced. Service was extremely friendly and helpful, both out at the pump and inside where you pay. This is definitely where we will be going for our future propane needs.”

“I was on the verge of breaking down when I called in to this location. My u boxes had taken 7+ days to arrive but George stepped in and saved the day. George & Norman from the bottom of my heart I cannot thank you enough for showing up on a Saturday to assist me. Everyone in Texas has been so kind and gracious to me. I can finally relax in my house with my furniture! I live 45 miles from this location but if I ever need to do business with U Haul I will choose East Arlington every time!”

“I had excellent experience during my first time renting at this location. I made a last-minute reservation to pick up a cargo van within an hour, and the process at the front desk was fast and easy. The young African-American lady who helped me at the desk was very helpful and polite; I am not entirely sure of her name, but I believe it starts with a T or perhaps an L. Upon returning the van, I was greeted by a joyful gentleman named Brown, who was very nice and made the return process incredibly fast and easy with no problems whatsoever. Overall, my experience at this location was A++++, and I wanted to commend the team for their wonderful service.”

“Had a couple communication problems ordering propane for my residential tank. Somehow my order wasn't communicated to my local Pinnacle supplier. I contacted Pinnacle's corporate office in Irving Texas and left a message. Before nine AM the next morning I received two separate phone calls from Pinnacle's corporate office from two separate gentleman wanting to help fix the problem. A day later I had propane delivered. Those two immediately fixed any problems I ran into. I'm very appreciative and impressed with their attention to a problem.”
