It has lots of stuff for everyone but can be messy and busy, so plan on waiting in a line for a little while. Customer find the store dirty and disappointing but love affordable quality shopping and super helpful employees. Customer service is top of the line with great positive energy. Always a pleasant experience for budget fashion and quality shopping, and always recommend this Ross.
I've been to a lot of Ross stores, but this location is impressively clean, organized, and well-stocked right now. A special shoutout to the manager at the billing counter—his upbeat attitude and hard work really make for an excellent customer experience!
