The Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel offers a luxurious lobby with easy access to the restaurant and bar. Parking signs throughout the lot instruct guests to pay with a mobile device; rates are approximately $15 per night and are not included in the nightly stay. Adequate parking and well lit, clean, quiet floor hallways and elevators add to a well maintained property. Rooms are slightly smaller than most hotels; carpet was not vacuumed and a musty odor was present but went away. Windows outside were very dirty and spotty. The mattress was comfortable, feather pillows were not firm, and a small refrigerator and coffee maker were provided. The television had poor reception. Bathrooms were clean; the shower was barely lukewarm and hot water was not available during a three night stay. Sink pressure was low for cold water and the toilet was slow to flush, need hold on the handle for thirty seconds. Food at the restaurant was delicious, perfect temperature, and served by friendly staff. Breakfast offered lots of variety but hot cereals and gravy were disgustingly watery. Staff at the front desk were professional and friendly, though a few interactions were rude. Guests love the great view of planes takeoff and landing on the runway, a perfect spot for aviation geeks. The hotel is very near the airport and provides great service for events and public gatherings.
My daughter is there for training and it's a perfect place for her. She gives it 5 stars.

Behind their curtains were really dusty like they never got cleaned. The room was small the breakfast was expensive and cold. Was not worth the money at all.
