“My Husband bought me 2 sets of Jammies for Christmas. The clerk forgot to take the security locks off.He was in "another city"!We haven't had a change to go back.I work in Dallas so on my way to visit my Mother in Assisted living the Irving Mall was on my route .The clerk was so apologetic and kind.Shout out to her customer service skills. It hard to find these days.I don't usually shop in that are but I will now.Easy access off Hwy 183. Plenty of parking. Close to main entrance AND Great Customer service!It's worth the drive for the WIN WIN SERVICE!”

“This merchant had what I wanted, which no one else had.. l was worried that the delivery would go bad being so close to Christmas and had doubts that they even had the product since it was unavailable everywhere else and that I would get a note saying it would not arrive even though I paid for the expedited shipping.
