“i love this victoria secret so much have been coming here for as long as i could remember, i had a bad experience at the other victoria secret in irving and felt uncomfortable, came to this one and the girl who measured my cup size was so sweet and helpful even ordered a bra online for me because they didn’t have it in my size! was able to exchange my wristlet with no receipt just all and all an amazing place to shop i love the people here ! all so sweet”

“I was really happy with my shopping experience. I already knew which pair of shoes I wanted, was told which store had my size. My goal was to go in try them on and either purchase immediately or go online and order if they didn't have my size. I went in was immediately greeted, the Rep got both sizes I needed to try. The 1st pair I tried fit, sold and walked out with them on in a matter of 10 minutes or less! Excellent shopping goals reached, effectively and efficiently.

“Very similar to other Victoria’s Secret locations in terms of layout and product selection. The staff here felt a bit more present and visible compared to some other stores, which was appreciated, even though there weren’t many special offers or promotions at the time of my visit.
One downside was finding the store — Google Maps was quite confusing inside the mall. I ended up walking almost the entire mall before realizing the store is located just to the left of Entrance/Door 2. Unfortunately, I initially went right following the map directions, which led me in circle.
Overall, a standard Victoria’s Secret experience with helpful staff, but finding the store could be much easier with better in-mall navigation or clearer directions.”
