I left a clean, empty unit there, un-moved out of, because I was in a tizzy after moving three times in the span of a few months. I racked up $215 in fees. I paid it (I understand that it's lost revenue when I don't report my move-out and that's a unit they could've leased out, so I did it without complaint), and then when I called to say I was moving out -- she refunded me every dime.
