“They normally are a center compared to some of the other locations. Seems they got more mechanics to work on trucks. Lady inside service is quick to answer or get help if she needs an answer. Compared to site we use this location has an easy in and out, especially to park.”

“Brittni and Tom at this Montfort location went above and beyond customer service and the security and verification process of keeping my unit extra secured and protected while I left the country was beyond expectation. They ensured me and stood behind their word til I returned. Also when I returned they changed my latch due to little bend in it and also changed weatherstrip on door to keep my stuff secure and dry as well. “We are a returning customer from 2021. Office staff was great to work with during the initial rental process and very accommodating and pleasant. Reasonably priced and offered a 1-year no rate increase deal. Update 8/25/26 - We just downsized from 2 to 1 10x20 sq ft units as we are finally moving into our permanent place, but are keeping one 10x20 unit in a first floor climate-controlled building. Our experience continues to be very good and the current office staff (especially Rose who we have primarily dealt with) are very customer service oriented and pleasant to deal with. Access to facility at all hours is a big plus and 12-month rate guarantee has been great.”

There was an additional charge on my final bill for a dolly rental that I did not pay for upon the initial reservation that I didn't use (movers had their own), that I didn't know to take out prior to leaving with the truck. I should have checked inside before leaving but other than that I had absolutely no issues dropping off as well. Very friendly staff. Paul allowed me to extend my time without any additional charges. Would rent here again.”

“I had some things happen that shouldn’t have like waiting too long for the truck, the truck not sounding too great when being driven, the lift gate not connecting to the cab of the truck just right, so every furniture dolly had to be lifted over this huge crack, being charged a more expensive price just 2-3 weeks after a previous rental that was cheaper for the same truck, being told one price one day, and the very next day being charged a more expensive price.
However, they made it right and I really appreciate that. The truck might suck, and the corporate chain might suck, but the customer service at this facility is not lacking.”
