“I was devastated when my brand new 2024 Nissan was damaged in an auto accident. I was beyond frustrated from dealing with the at fault parties insurance. The dealership where I bought my car recommended Eagle to repair my car since they are Nissan certified. I called Eagle to let them know I would be using them for the repair work. I was so frustrated and upset with the at fault parties insurance adjuster that I was in tears. It was my good fortune that I was transferred to Mr. David Hicks that day. He was the absolute best. He reassured me that he would take it from here and that I could relax and let Eagle handle all the details. David and Veronica went above and beyond to get my car repaired in a timely manner. They were so patient and kind and treated it as if it were their car. When my car was returned it looked and drove like brand new again. I did have to take it back in a month later because the headlight they replaced wasn’t working and the center console had a gap where it was separating but David greeted me like an old friend and took care of getting everything repaired. While I waited for the repairs I had a chance to watch other customers come in to pick up their vehicles and watch how the staff interacted with each person. It was so nice to see how every, single customer was treated so well and how they all left happy and smiling. This truly is a superbly run, customer service oriented establishment that does superior work. I would use them for any repair I may have in the future!”

“I should have taken before and after pictures because Roberts Auto Collision shop did some amazing work on my car. Hands down, I had the best experience. They answered all my questions over the phone, let me bring my car over at my convenience and got the work started right away. I had some down to the metal scratches and dents all along the passenger side of my 2023 Toyota Corolla. Roberts Auto Collision made quick work of the repairs and perfectly matched Toyota's midnight gray. *Original review* I have mixed feelings about this shop because the work looks good, however there were several issues that occurred and were not resolved fairly. I brought the vehicle in for repair of a ding on the driver side near the rear. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the check engine light was on (which was not there before). I advised Gabriel, he then reviewed it and told me to drive the car for a bit & the light may go off. (This was on a Friday but shop is closed on Sat & Sun). I drove it home. Later, I saw that my driver door panel electrical wasn’t working. (Worked fine prior to repair). I took the vehicle to be placed on a machine that advised readings for the check engine light & was told to check the fuel cap and that there was a EVAP system leak. I purchased a fuel cap (again, because it was missing when I picked up my vehicle). I wasn’t an email, per Gabriel’s suggestion but there wasn’t a response. I took the car back to North Shore on Monday & spoke with the owner (James) who was nice and insisted on being fair, which I agreed. He had the vehicle tested, at a mechanic shop located across the street from his shop, for the EVAP leak and told me there was no leakage but the issue possibly occurred because of the missing fuel cap (which was on my car when I took it in for work). I was charged $90 for the EVAP test & out of $12 for the fuel cap, when all of this could’ve been avoided had my fuel cap been placed back on the car at North Shore. When I speak about fairness and integrity, this is where my issue lies. There’s no way I should have to pay any additional cost other than the repair work that was estimated and paid in full. My fuel cap was on the vehicle and NO check engine light OR any lights were on in my vehicle prior to the repair.”
“Just took the riding class Feb 23-25, 2024. Hadn't rode in over 20 years. Let me just say that the short time Tricia and Josh had us in class they did a great job. Started from the beginning teaching how to start the bike to the very end of knowing how to ride. Would Recommend them to anyone who wants to learn. Now let's not forget the staff at Stubbs who treated you as if they had known you for years. If you want to buy a Harley ASK FOR UNCLE JEFF!!!!.”

“From the time we pulled up on the lot, Eric was there to greet us. He even had another vehicle ready to compare. He worked with us to the very end, didn't try to hastle us, or treat us like another dumb customer.
We asked for the carfax via text before driving to the lot, he sent it to us within minutes. Blaze, the sale manager was also great. He negotiated with us over the phone, b/c we had littles and couldn't make it back to the lot in time.
The experience was great overall, with the exception of the finance guy, felt like he rushed us, but overall, would deal with Eric and Blaze again. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a car!”
