I went to the location on grand parkway yesterday to check on my debit card that kept declining the purchases, lady there told me it was good, nothing wrong with it. I tried to use it at a grocery store store and it still declined on me which was not good, I had to leave my groceries at he counter. Today I came here to my very preferred location and the branch manager told me the card was not active so that why I was not able to use it. After a couple clicks on her computer, she brought my card to life. That means a lot.
