“They were wonderful. We drove from San Antonio to Lakeway. Took just over 2 hours to get there. Ashley was amazing. Since we were getting there before closing, she was able to stay behind to help us out. She handled all the paperwork via text and call so that we were able to have everything done before getting there. She was also able to answer any questions and send pictures as we went. Once we got there, still did a test drive. Smoother sailing. Richard was a huge help in ensuring everything was explained properly. If I had any questions or concerns, Ashley was able to help me after the fact. Highly recommend!”

“AAA certified means I didn’t need to shop around. We just got the estimate and went with it. (Dented rear bumper)
Erica and James at the front end helped us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in.
Service manager. Michael carefully explained the issues, that we may have damage underneath the dented bumper.
Final results are outstanding!
Michael even added clearcoat to the top window bars.
Lexi looks great!
Prices are typical for the industry
The main thing is customer service and customer care which cannot be beat.
We will be back, hopefully not too soon, for our next bumper dent.

“Store Manager Steve was exceptionally helpful, caring and professional during a recent experience with his store location. I had to special order a battery for my Kia Optima Hybrid with a promise of a next day delivery as I was leaving town. The battery shipment was delayed but Steve continued to follow-up and the battery arrived the afternoon it was due. That said, removing the dead battery and replacing it was much more difficult than most vehicles due to this Kia's design. Steve diligently pursued getting the battery switchout to happen, despite being out in the hot Texas sun at nearly 100 degrees. The whole time, he was kind, apologetic for any inconvenience (there was none, he was doing everything he possibly could), and demonstrated a sincere care for his customer. Remarkably, this Kia had a battery with reversed positive and negative terminals...so the special order battery wouldn't work. Steve checked his entire inventory and there were no batteries in stock that would work! Steve put the old battery back in, jumped started me and I was able to get the vehicle to a dealer down the road so that they could locate the unique battery this vehicle required. Despite not being able to install the battery, Steve was outstanding in his efforts to attempt to get this resolved. I've spent decades as a multi-unit retail leader and was extremely impressed by Steve's dedication to service. Thank you Steve.”

“These guys are very helpful. I spent an hour in the store with them trying to find the part that I needed for my lawn mower. When we found it online the manufacturer wanted over $200 for it. The individual behind the counter gave me the part number and pointed me in the direction of a third party company that produced parts for my lawn mower I ended up only paying $45 online. I think it's awesome they spent so long working with me and made zero money off of me.”
