The good: Amazingly solid work by James and crew. Drives like new. With a frame damage like this, very impressed they pulled it off.
The miss:
- Tech broke my running board, had to take to dealer for fix with extra cost
- All weather floor mat went missing (mopar 7LT60TX7AA, rear seat), nothing major but still couple hundred

“I just came in for some new taillight and headlight bulbs, and Chris helped me out. He helped me change out the old bulbs and then test the lights to make sure they were working. A couple weeks later, I noticed the screws on my driver's side taillight were missing. Chris happened to pick up the phone when I called, and when I came in he paid out of his own pocket to replace the missing screws. He clearly cares a lot about customer satisfaction and getting the job done right. I would absolutely come back here!”
“These guys are very helpful. I spent an hour in the store with them trying to find the part that I needed for my lawn mower. When we found it online the manufacturer wanted over $200 for it. The individual behind the counter gave me the part number and pointed me in the direction of a third party company that produced parts for my lawn mower I ended up only paying $45 online. I think it's awesome they spent so long working with me and made zero money off of me.”

“They hire such great people here. Went in for tires and an oil change on a new-to-me car. Left and there was an intermittent noise after changing the tires. They looked at it, found it was the wheel cover hitting the tires that weren't as bald as the previous tires. They fixed it in 10 minutes...not even an issue with my tire. “Deven was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Sadly he was the only tech available and I needed my tires rotated and balanced. Oil changes are priority (not sure if it's this location or all Walmarts) so I couldn't stay. Deven helped me on a previous visit too, though, so I hope management knows how awesome he is.
