I used to use one of the franchise body shops, but Heritage was much easier to work with. You can call them and talk to them! They treat you like person not just another number.”
“Todd was very helpful on my visit to Advance Auto Parts. He helped me find the exact filters for my vehicle and helped me install them. He also helped me find the best windshield wipers for my vehicle and installed them very quickly!”
“I wish I got the gentleman's name who helped me today but he was so kind and wonderful! This was the second auto parts store I went to because the Auto Zone store checked my battery and told me it was time to replace it. I mentioned I had bought it roughly 2 years ago and the Auto Zone associate stated it should be under warranty but they didn't carry that brand and advised me to go to O'Reilly, hence, why I was here now. The O'Reilly associate reviewed the logs to see how long ago it was that I actually bought it and to ensure I could get it replaced it under warranty. Unfortunately, they didn't carry this battery either but he double checked my car to make sure the previous employee was being truthful about the state of the battery. After inspecting it, he noted that it was an Advance Auto Parts brand and even called the store for me before he sent me on a fool's errand. Fortunately they were in stock and he informed them he was sending me over to get it replaced. I appreciated the extra mile he went even though I didn't purchase anything! I might have to come here instead next time :) Thank you so much for the great customer service!”

“These guys are very helpful. I spent an hour in the store with them trying to find the part that I needed for my lawn mower. When we found it online the manufacturer wanted over $200 for it. The individual behind the counter gave me the part number and pointed me in the direction of a third party company that produced parts for my lawn mower I ended up only paying $45 online. I think it's awesome they spent so long working with me and made zero money off of me.”

“Deven was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Sadly he was the only tech available and I needed my tires rotated and balanced. Oil changes are priority (not sure if it's this location or all Walmarts) so I couldn't stay. Deven helped me on a previous visit too, though, so I hope management knows how awesome he is.

“Joe did a great job repairing a door ding on the body line of our CRV. To me it looked creased and for sure the paint was chipped. He was able to remove the crease completely and as I didn't want a repaint, he touched up the paint and did a great job. Thank you Joe.”
