“My two-month old Tesla got a nasty, deep scratch from a construction dumpster parked next to my driveway. It made me sick. After talking with several shops, the folks at Autocraft Bodywerks clearly stood out as the place to go. They know Teslas inside out and promised to make the car like new again, which they did. Plus, they gave it a beautiful full wash and polish before I picked it up. These guys are Tesla certified and they’re experts. The price, while not the lowest, was very competitive—actually lower than some lesser shops I talked with. Fantastic job and great service all around.”

“Someone hit and ran causing damage to our SUV in a parking lot here in town. I made an insurance claim and selected Whitaker’s for the repairs based on the positive online reviews. They didn’t disappoint. Jose and the team there in Lakeway did a fantastic job dealing with the insurance company and repairing our vehicle in reasonable time. As usual the insurance company kept pushing back in an attempt to save money using non OEM parts etc. Jose did a fantastic job of staying on them and successfully procured all OEM parts for the repairs, all the way down to the proper badging replacements on the liftgate.
Hopefully we have many years before having to deal with this again, but when that time comes, I’ll be calling Whitaker’s again. Thank you team!”

“I was referred to George from my mechanical car shop. I had nothing but a wonderful experience with George. I had brought my boyfriend's truck into his shop last Monday to get a quote on getting repairs done to the front driver side bumper and side panel as there was damage due to pulling out of a parking spot next to a parking pole. He said he would be able to do the repair and it would be done within a timely manner. He actually had it done before the time that he quoted me which was fantastic and the job was well done! I forgot to take before pictures but I am including the after pictures. “Send ALL your people to Advance Auto Parts on Broade! Long post but everyone should know how helpful and caring the employees are.
After a REALLY bad day yesterday, I stopped to buy something and locked my keys and phone in the car. Wes let me use their phone multiple times to get help, called everyone he knew trying to get my locks popped and let me wait inside out of the heat. I mentioned the problems my husband was having getting his truck looked at and immediately called a mechanic he knew to get it taken care of. After being unable to get a locksmith, Ryan drove home, got his own lock out kit and spent way too long in the afternoon heat to finally get me in my car.
We will be customers for life and really hope these guys get some recognition pop and foot traffic!”

The good: Amazingly solid work by James and crew. Drives like new. With a frame damage like this, very impressed they pulled it off.
The miss:
- Tech broke my running board, had to take to dealer for fix with extra cost
- All weather floor mat went missing (mopar 7LT60TX7AA, rear seat), nothing major but still couple hundred
Doesn’t detract from the great work by the crew.”

“I just came in for some new taillight and headlight bulbs, and Chris helped me out. He helped me change out the old bulbs and then test the lights to make sure they were working. A couple weeks later, I noticed the screws on my driver's side taillight were missing. Chris happened to pick up the phone when I called, and when I came in he paid out of his own pocket to replace the missing screws. He clearly cares a lot about customer satisfaction and getting the job done right. I would absolutely come back here!”

“These guys are very helpful. I spent an hour in the store with them trying to find the part that I needed for my lawn mower. When we found it online the manufacturer wanted over $200 for it. The individual behind the counter gave me the part number and pointed me in the direction of a third party company that produced parts for my lawn mower I ended up only paying $45 online. I think it's awesome they spent so long working with me and made zero money off of me.”
