“The Mechanics here were great. They took care of my daughters’ car which had unfortunately broke down on her way back to college in North West Texas. Her car had approximately 160k. The water pump, which was internal to the engine, started mixing water into the oil. The Mechanics provided me the cost to replace the water pump and what warranty came with it. I also inquired about replacing some of the other components once they had the front of the engine disassembled. At that time they then provided another estimate to replace those parts and the additional hours of labor prior to, so I could make a decision. This saved me around $2k in additional labor.
These gentleman do not try to force you to spend money to fix unnecessary parts, but let you make the decision if they are already in the engine. The additional cost for parts and labor was about $1,700, but if they would have had to go back in it would have cost about $3,700. I will continue to utilize this establishment since they want to educated their clients and allow them to make their own decisions without pressuring you into something.”

They checked it out thoroughly and then tightened up anything that was even slightly loose. You know that older-car rattle....TOTALLY GONE. No charge! I'm a loyal customer for life!”

“I came in today for an oil change and tire pressure check and...let me tell you...they hooked me up!! Since my oil was so black, they recommended an engine flush on top of the regular oil change; they couldn't find the code for the flush service, so they ended up giving to me as a free service ? I had an amazing, stess free experience! Jake, specifically, was awesome; he explained everything and was patient with all or my questions; they are lucky to have him as an employee. I strongly recommend this location for service if you're looking for quality and kindness!”
“They were wonderful. We drove from San Antonio to Lakeway. Took just over 2 hours to get there. Ashley was amazing. Since we were getting there before closing, she was able to stay behind to help us out. She handled all the paperwork via text and call so that we were able to have everything done before getting there. She was also able to answer any questions and send pictures as we went. Once we got there, still did a test drive. Smoother sailing. Richard was a huge help in ensuring everything was explained properly. “I had an exhaust issue that made my 2020 Buick Enclave sound like a tractor. Took it in to Lambs around 10:30 in the morning yesterday, they diagnosed the issue of a hole in my exhaust pipe within 15 minutes and showed me a photo of it. Will said they could order the parts and have it ready in the afternoon. I was surprised they could repair it that quickly, but I received a call around 2:30 that my vehicle was ready. I'm very impressed with the service I received and highly recommend them. They have definitely earned my business going forward.”

“I've got an 2003 Volkswagon Passat with various issues, I was chasing a power steering and coolant leak for about 2 years on and off. Motormania found both leaks within the day, and walked me through the various fixes they could do. Only took about four days, and they were very transparent about when it would be ready. Roger is an incredibly kind man, helped me decide between a costly full repair and a more affordable fix. I just need my car driveable, nothing too fancy. They even went out of their way to help get my car inspected! I will absolutely be returning if I need more maintence, very knowledgeable about Volkswagons!”
