“I shopped around for quite a while, got several quotes, and reached out to many shops—some of which barely responded. From my very first message, Daniel stood out because he was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to answer every question I had. I probably had more questions than the average customer, but he was incredibly patient and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
Daniel was very clear, honest, and transparent about their products, pricing, and exactly how everything would work. He was also very accommodating with my schedule and was able to work me in when I needed it.
When I picked up my Tesla, it looked absolutely stunning. I had ceramic tint installed on every window, including both the front and rear windshields, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Robert was also extremely kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. He walked me through everything I needed to know and reassured me about the quality of the products they use as well as the warranty.
I was genuinely impressed with Daniel and Robert, the quality of the work they did on my Tesla, and the overall price. Their pricing was very competitive—and honestly better than many other places I contacted, especially considering the quality of the ceramic tint they installed.

“Someone hit and ran causing damage to our SUV in a parking lot here in town. I made an insurance claim and selected Whitaker’s for the repairs based on the positive online reviews. They didn’t disappoint. Jose and the team there in Lakeway did a fantastic job dealing with the insurance company and repairing our vehicle in reasonable time. As usual the insurance company kept pushing back in an attempt to save money using non OEM parts etc. Jose did a fantastic job of staying on them and successfully procured all OEM parts for the repairs, all the way down to the proper badging replacements on the liftgate.
Hopefully we have many years before having to deal with this again, but when that time comes, I’ll be calling Whitaker’s again. Thank you team!”

When I called Munich they gave me an accurate and realistic quote for a simple wiper exchange, and did it under 4 hours . They will always have my business with this honesty !”

“This Leander team is awesome. Highly recommend. While I was waiting to get my truck back I heard the counter helping an elderly man to get his battery fixed up. They could have easily sold him a new battery but instead just charged it up and let him know it was still a good battery. Car just hasn’t been run in a while. I also took my truck in for a check engine light and Justin and Kenne just did there thing and got it fixed. Very strait forward and no beating around the bush. Solid team here.”

“I was in a real lurch when the van that transports my handicapped daughter in started shaking upon ignition and Rick was able to get me right in. It didn't turn out to be a transmission issue but he quickly referred me to a capable auto shop and I truly apprecitaed his efforts across the board. Obviously hope to not need such a servcie again anytime soon but should that day come I'll be going back to Rick at Eagle for sure.”
“First time using Christian Brothers for any automotive care. Needed an oil change and used a coupon they mailed me. I called and was able to set an appointment for that day. I arrived on time. Kindly greeted as I walked inside their pristine waiting area. Looked like a lawyers office it was so nice. Friendly staff offered me water or drink. I presented my ID and credit card which were looked at and returned. After a few minutes I was given a total price before any work began. They swiftly changed the oil and filter in my small truck, less than an hour. A multipoint inspection was performed at my request after given a choice for that or just oil and filter change. Was provided a comprehensive print out of optional maintenance items with my receipt. No high pressure sales or song and dance about items my truck may need. I appreciated that, a lot. I left and halfway home I realize that I hadn't paid for the service and no one asked me for payment while I was there either. I called the location informing them I needed to pay. No greeting on the phone this time, after identifying myself, all I heard was one word, payment. My credit card info was processed over the phone and done. Had a great experience except for one small courtesy. I wasn't expecting it but realized later that I was not thanked for being honest by calling them first. Integrity goes both ways, which in my opinion is sorely lacking in the world these days. Anyway, it's all good.”
