“Had a good experience, they were about to close but they took my packages. A bit on an expensive side, not sure if it’s them or just shipping costs have gone up. Their location on the map was wrong, so I suggested an edit on Google, it took me a while to find them.”

“Something for everyone here. And the best customer service! I walked in to buy a gift but had no idea what I could get for my friend. I had a brief chat about it with the [employee, owner?] Awesome person behind the counter who recommended the perfect gift. My friend appreciated it very much, and I couldn't have found this on my own. Even if it were right in front of me, which it was. This is my first time here, but definitely not my last. Thank you!”

“This is the same place as PAK Center. Don't listen to Google Maps' instructions of going to the opposite side of 183 and expecting a shop in the middle of the road. 😆 The staff were knowledgeable, kind, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I will definitely be going here again for any shipping needs I have.”

“I’m always happy with the service I receive here. Brandon, the owner goes out of his way to give him the best price (better deal, scanning my tax documents than at UPS) and handles things quickly. One time he even stayed late for a special package I needed to send out that was after his store hours. I give 5 stars for excellent customer service and value .”

“From the the first call to being on site, the employees at this UPS Store know how to treat their customers right! More often than not, today's retailers are now asking you to return an item in person or drop it off at another store. As much as I dislike the process, dealing with this UPS's stores employees on Wednesday was the loathsome tasks highlight. LaRoy was patient, professional and friendly. Everyone was superhelpful and went the extra mile to happily provide me with an additional layer of assistance without complaint. Thanks again for all of your help and keep up the good work!”

“This Pak Mail is under new ownership and the new owners are amazing. The are so friendly, and kind, and helpful. The previous owners were terrible, and I would drive out of my way to not have to go here, but that has now completely changed with the new owners. I am so glad to have them in the neighborhood and hope they are here for many, many years to come.”
