“I can see why this UPS store down off of Herro Way west of the H-E-B plus is so well rated. I’ve never had customer service at a UPS store like I had today. I will definitely be coming back. I had a couple of packages one which required a manager’s intervention and she was very kind enough to explain to me the different options that might happen when when trying to return a package from a store.
The gentleman who helped me immediately was Johnny and when I say help, I mean it. I had another box to return to Amazon, which was slightly heavy and very bulky for me since I’m short and stout and old. !!!! anyway Johnny offered to come out and bring the box in for me. He sold me some packaging which I needed to finish packing it up and he taped it shut and guided me to put my Amazon return code in. These are all functions that you’re really supposed to do yourself so I can’t tell you how much I appreciated his help. This is a newer UPS store, but regardless, where I lived in the vicinity after this customer service I would recommend everyone utilize it.!!!”
“ALL of my packages have made it to their destination on time or early and at a very reasonable price and this includes Christmas time when my daughter was away from home in a remote place! I cannot say that about the US postal service where, to this day, 2 of my mailings never made it to their locations and I still don't know why or where they are. Plus, all the employees that I've dealt with over the years are very pleasant, helpful and they're the same people! I don't think I've seen new people working there.. Especially Patrick has probably been there the longest. He's helpful, knowledgeable and makes you feel he has all the time in the world for you even though there is a line of customers. The other employees are just like that but unfortunately I can't remember their names and some didn't have a name tag.”
“We stayed at a hotel near this location and we forgot a pair of headphones THANK goodness for this amazing local shipper who works with the hotel they were able to pick up out item and pack and ship this back to us! informed us at every step of picking the item up from the hotel to getting all the shipping and payment information. our forgetfulness lead to a wonderful encounter with a great local business man!”

“Went to this location to turn in Optimum equipment per Optimum instructions as the sent an email with the shipping label.
The gentleman that was working on this day was amazing! There were five customers and we all needed help. Me: asking him to verify the equipment- box was untaped. He said they didn’t confirm optimum equipment but does for spectrum. I offered to tape the box ?, but he did. While working on my package, he was walking the kiosk user through their hiccup.
I forgot the employee name; he was wearing a name badge.
Def would visit this location again.”

They have shown me the best way to use the app for my convenience. Sometimes I forget what they said last time but they still help me again and never make me feel bad about having to ask again!
