I bought a table on Craigslist from a random person. Ramki went to their house and picked it up, packaged it and shipped it to me from Austin, TX to the Bay Area, CA. He was awesome, responsive, nice and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this Pak Mail store! I’m so happy with the table.

I showed up at 9:57. Their hours here show they open at 9:00 AM. They had me wait outside until 10:00. Glad it wasn't cold, rainy, or hot. They DO NOT provide FedEx packaging as you would expect from a FedEx shop. They were rude and unhelpful.
