“Courtney had lots of patience working thru setting us up with our old landline # to our cell phone. She knew exactly what to do. We had to call the old provider 3 times to get it done! She was cheerful and never acted annoyed helping less technical customers! She has the people skills to be a supervisor! Best experience at a retail store.”

“I had an excellent experience with the Danielle Hernandez who helped me yesterday. . She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient while answering all of my questions. She took the time to explain my options clearly without making me feel rushed or pressured, and she made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her outstanding customer service, friendly attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond are a great reflection of Verizon. Thank you for providing such exceptional service! She worked at the verizon store in Pleasanton, Texas.”

“I was extremely stressed and ready to be done with AT&T, so I stopped by the local store in Pleasanton, TX late one evening. They weren’t able to fully get me set up at that time but asked me to come back the next day. When I returned, I was helped by Jay Soto, and I’m so glad I was. Jay answered all of my questions, got me fully ported over, and continued helping me work through a few additional issues until everything was completely resolved. He truly went above and beyond—he even still checks in with me via text to make sure my service is working as it should. I couldn’t be happier with the switch and plan to be a customer for a very long time. Thank you, Jay, for outstanding customer service!”
