“I was extremely stressed and ready to be done with AT&T, so I stopped by the local store in Pleasanton, TX late one evening. They weren’t able to fully get me set up at that time but asked me to come back the next day. When I returned, I was helped by Jay Soto, and I’m so glad I was.

“After 4 hours of trouble shooting at a corporate store in San Antonio we went home with the problem not resolved. After 4 calls to At&T for tech support over phone which wasted 4 more hrs. of our time nothing resolved. Asked my daughter to bring me the phone so I could take it to the Pleasanton store to see if they could resolve the problem, she did and I took it in and with less than 20 minutes PROBLEM RESOLVED!!! Thank you Courtney for an amazing job.”
