Courtney had lots of patience working thru setting us up with our old landline # to our cell phone. She knew exactly what to do. We had to call the old provider 3 times to get it done! I went to AT&T to purchase a new phone and use my old phone as a second line. There was an issue with the server during the transfer but Courtney spent several minutes advocating through 4 customer service reps until the problem was solved. Kudos to Courtney!
