I went to AT&T to purchase a new phone and use my old phone as a second line. There was an issue with the server during the transfer but Courtney spent several minutes advocating through 4 customer service reps until the problem was solved. Kudos to Courtney!

Courtney helped activate my phone. She went beyond her normal duties and assisted me in deleting a lot of the apps taking up a lot of my phone’s memory and guided me in how to save more space on my phone. Thanks & God bless
