THEN WE SWITCHED to Access Bank, and wow, what a difference in customer service. “Felt forced into a CD, that i was going to go and get elsewhere as they had took the time to explain details to me.Now all I have is an email that I can not open to read without downloading.I just want a bank that will give me paperwork in hand i do not have a computer just a small phone.know I do not know what deal was made or if there even is one.I am not trying to make anyone mad or in trouble. Just afraid to go back I guess I'm stuck not knowing if this will a benefit me or not. Really it was my mistake for not being clear.”

“I was sceptical about going to this branch as the reviews are horrible. I went ahead & set up an online appointment with the fraud department. I walked in as soon as they opened the lobby doors as my appointment was at 10am. I was greeted then advised to sit. I waited for 10 minutes before an associate walked over to me letting me know the original appointment was with someone else & she would assist so I didn't have to wait any longer. She apologized for the wait & the issues I was having. Kimberly was very helpful in getting all of my issues addressed & questions answered. My only complaints would be are the hours for the lobby as they're not convenient, use air fresheners as it smells a bit musty & be more transparent if you're behind on appointments.”
