01/24/26. Poor service, bad experience. I made an appointment for opening a business account, and when got there it was not in their system. The person attending at front was rude and neither helpful nor interested to solve anything.

Good personal home town service, can always talk with a real in-person person and united states based 800 customer service 😀

By far the worst bank i have ever used. The manager was unkind and unhelpful. Poor customer service and they closed my account without giving me a reason. These people are frauds. Do NOT go here!!
