Courtyard Houston Katy Mills is a beautiful, very well maintained hotel with super clean, spacious, lovely rooms. It is close to Katy Mills mall and lots of restaurants as well as a grocery store nearby. The staff are top notch, professional, friendly, incredibly accommodating, and provide excellent service. The breakfast is very good. However, one guest reported a terrible customer experience, noting the mini fridge required resetting every two hours, which was problematic for storing medication. Many guests love the hotel, find it extremely clean, and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Katy area.

Haven't stayed there yet but looking forward to the wonderful service 15-16 November. I am sure the staff will be excellent and I will be upgraded to the best sweet. The complimentary bottle of whisky will be a bonus!

I absolutely love this place!!! My second time staying here, and forsee many more in the future. The staff are top notch and couldn't ask for better service. You definitely neeed to make this your travel stop if your passing through the area, you wont regret it.
