Abigail (aka Francis Z.) at the Katy Mills location was awesome! She was like a Lucky Brand Jeans consultant. She knows the products very well and really helped me choose the right jeans for me. Wish we could have more Abigail in every clothing store! Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and caring!
